Executive Summary

Devflation is a wallet-native, multi-chain operations platform for token teams. It unifies supply reduction, time-locked allocations, rent reclaim, analytics, and public proof into a single non-custodial interface — with EVM burn support on Robinhood Chain and planned deployments on Ethereum and BNB Chain.

On Solana, projects burn tokens, lock treasuries, and reclaim rent through wallet-signed transactions on mainnet-beta. On EVM networks, ERC-20 burns route through the deployed Devflation UUPS proxy. Every action is indexed by the platform and surfaced through personal dashboards, analytics charts, wallet history, and a public explorer.

Unlike custodial dashboards or opaque admin panels, Devflation never holds private keys or user funds. The application prepares each transaction; the user reviews parameters and approves in their own wallet. Results are independently verifiable on the relevant block explorer — Solscan, Etherscan, BscScan, or Robinhood Chain explorer — with shareable certificate pages for community and press.

Problem Statement

Token projects on Solana and EVM networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, and beyond) face operational complexity across the entire lifecycle — launch, distribution, vesting, supply reduction, treasury management, and community accountability. Most teams stitch together chain-specific scripts, spreadsheets, third-party custodians, and one-off smart contracts. Each approach introduces trade-offs in trust, transparency, cost, and speed — and multi-chain teams often repeat the same work on every network they support.

Supply & deflation

  • Burns lack narrative proof. Supply reductions happen on-chain but are difficult to package into shareable, press-ready stories communities can verify instantly — whether the burn is an SPL transfer, a SOL incineration, or an ERC-20 burnFrom() on EVM.
  • No cumulative visibility. Teams and holders cannot easily see total tokens burned per mint or contract across all protocol activity and supported chains in one place.
  • Multi-chain burns are siloed. EVM teams often rely on ad-hoc contract calls or custodial dashboards, while Solana teams use separate tooling — with no unified proof layer across ecosystems.

Locks & vesting

  • Custom infra is expensive. Time-based locks and vesting schedules often require bespoke programs (Anchor on Solana, custom Solidity on EVM) or external escrow services with opaque custody.
  • LP locks are fragmented. Liquidity pool token locks live on separate tools with inconsistent UX and verification standards per chain.

Operations & distribution

  • Manual transfers don't scale. Airdrops, payroll, batch payouts, and NFT drops to thousands of wallets remain error-prone when done manually — on any chain.
  • Treasury is scattered. Multi-wallet, multi-chain treasuries lack a unified dashboard for balances, scheduled payments, and audit trails.

  • Custody undermines ethos. Handing keys or funds to intermediaries conflicts with the wallet-first culture shared across Solana and EVM communities.

Platform Architecture

Devflation is structured as three layers: a wallet-connected frontend, a transaction orchestration layer, and an indexing & proof layer backed by on-chain programs where applicable.

Non-custodial

Private keys never leave the user's wallet. Devflation builds transactions; users review and sign in Phantom, Solflare, or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet.

Multi-chain execution

Solana runs the full toolkit — burn, lock, claim rent, and analytics. EVM chains (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain) support ERC-20 burns through the deployed Devflation contract with MetaMask, Phantom EVM, and WalletConnect.

On-chain proof

Each action produces a verifiable transaction plus a shareable certificate page with OG previews for X, Telegram, and community channels.

Public transparency

Protocol-wide activity is indexed and browsable. Communities can verify burns and locks independently without trusting a centralized report.

Multi-wallet support

Reown AppKit integration supports Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and WalletConnect-compatible wallets across desktop and mobile.

Unified operations

Burn, lock, vesting, distribution, treasury, and payroll tooling in one dashboard — reducing fragmented scripts and manual operations across Solana and EVM.

Data flow

  1. User connects wallet via Reown AppKit and selects a network (Solana or EVM).
  2. Frontend builds an unsigned transaction with token, amount, and module-specific params.

How It Works

General flow (all modules)

  1. Connect wallet — Open the dashboard and connect via Reown AppKit. Use Phantom or Solflare for Solana; MetaMask, Phantom EVM, or WalletConnect for EVM chains.
  2. Select network — Choose Solana mainnet-beta or an EVM network (Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, BNB Chain) from the chain selector before running a module.
  3. Choose a module — Select from Token Tools (Burn, Lock, Claim Rent, etc.) or platform pages (Analytics, History, Referral). Lock and Claim Rent are Solana-only today; burns work on all supported chains.
  4. Configure parameters — Pick token, amount, duration, recipients, or accounts depending on the operation.
  5. Review transaction preview — Devflation shows a summary before wallet signing. Always verify amounts, token addresses, chain, and destinations in the wallet prompt.
  6. Sign & confirm — Approve in your wallet. The transaction settles on the selected chain with standard network fees (SOL or native gas token).
  7. Track & share — View the result on Dashboard, History, or Analytics. Open the certificate page and share the link publicly.

Token Burn — Solana

  1. Open Burn → select network Solana → pick SPL token or SOL → enter amount → review summary → sign → receive certificate.

Token Burn — EVM

  1. Open Burn → select EVM network → import or pick ERC-20 → enter amount → approve token spend if needed → review summary → sign burn via Devflation contract → receive certificate.

Token Lock flow

  1. Open Lock → select token → set amount → pick duration (7–180 days) → choose unlock wallet → sign → track on Dashboard.

Claim Rent flow

  1. Open Claim Rent → scan wallet for empty accounts → select accounts (up to 20 per tx) → review reclaimable SOL → sign batch close.

On-Chain Execution

Devflation builds real on-chain transactions — not simulated actions. Solana burns use standard SPL instructions; EVM burns call the deployed Devflation contract. Token locks are moving to a dedicated on-chain lock program with a published program ID for verification.

Token Burn — Solana

Burns run through native SPL Token instructions signed by the wallet owner. Native SOL burns transfer lamports to the Solana incinerator address. No custom burn program — fully composable and auditable on any explorer.

Token Burn — EVM

On Robinhood Chain mainnet, burns route through a UUPS-upgradeable Devflation proxy. The contract executes burnFrom() on ERC-20 tokens with burn support. Ethereum and BNB Chain will use the same portable contract architecture when deployed.

Token Lock — Solana

  • Lock vault wallet receives locked SPL tokens and SOL today.
  • On-chain lock program deployed on Solana devnet; mainnet rollout in progress.
  • Program ID and upgrade authority published for independent verification.

Security & Trust Model

Devflation is a transaction orchestration and indexing layer — not a custodian, exchange, or asset manager. Users retain full control of their wallets at all times.

Non-custodial guarantees

  • No private key storage, seed phrase collection, or remote signing.
  • Transactions are constructed client-side and submitted only after explicit wallet approval.
  • Devflation cannot move funds without a valid wallet signature on each transaction.

Verifiability

  • Every outcome is independently checkable on the relevant block explorer — Solscan for Solana, Etherscan, BscScan, or Robinhood Chain explorer for EVM burns.
  • Certificate pages mirror on-chain data — communities can cross-reference without trusting the UI.
  • Solana lock program IDs, EVM proxy addresses, and upgrade authorities are published for contract-level audit.

User responsibility

Teams should always verify transaction details in their wallet before signing. Devflation surfaces previews and parameter summaries but cannot override wallet security prompts. Users are responsible for maintaining native gas (SOL or ETH/BNB) for network fees and confirming correct token addresses, chain selection, and recipient addresses.

Indexing & records

Burn and lock records are indexed into a database for dashboard and explorer features. On-chain data remains the source of truth — indexed records supplement UX and analytics but do not replace explorer verification.
